Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship to the UK.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order is processed it will take 1-2 days to arrive. Tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How quickly are orders dipsatched?
All orders are dispatched same day when placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend (Saturday - Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.
How do I track my order?
Upon the dispatch of your order, you will get a confirmation email that includes the link to track your order, just click on the 'Track Order' link found in the email.
Be aware that orders sent through Royal Mail are dispatched only from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Why has my order been returned back to you?
If one of our couriers has returned your order to us, it's usually due to one of these reasons:
- The parcel was rejected.
- The courier couldn't reach the address despite multiple attempts.
- The provided delivery address was not complete.
- The parcel suffered damage during transit.
- The order remained uncollected at the pick-up point for more than 10 days after delivery.
Should your parcel be sent back to us, a team member will get in touch with you once we receive your parcel.
Where is my order?
The initial step is to examine the tracking link for the most recent updates. While our couriers strive to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date, there can sometimes be delays, particularly during peak periods.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days, please reach out to our team for assistance.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, you have the opportunity to either cancel or modify it. Act swiftly, though, because we can't make any changes or cancellations once your order has been picked up.
In case your order has already been dispatched, you have a 30-day window to return the items to us in order to receive a full refund.
