Returns for Unwanted Items

You can return unwanted items or entire orders within 30 days from the receipt date.

For a valid return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Notify us within 30 days of purchase for a return. Items must be sent back within 14 days after issuing the returns form. Note: We cannot accept returns of e-liquids, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes, and refill pods that have been opened, unless they are faulty, due to health and hygiene reasons.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item or encounter issues, please visit our contact page and fill out the contact form. Our team will assist with resolving the issue or provide necessary return forms.

Note: All returns, whether unwanted or faulty, require pre-authorisation by a Vape Globe team member. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

Return Address

Send unwanted or faulty items to: Vape Globe, 33 Clarke Road, Milton Keynes, England, MK1 1LG. You are responsible for return costs unless stated otherwise. We recommend a tracked service for returns, and an insured service for items over £50. We are not liable for lost returns.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will notify you and update you on your refund status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3-5 working days, subject to your card issuer's policies.

Cancellation

To cancel an order before shipping, notify us via the contact form before 2.00pm. Post-2.00pm notifications may not prevent shipping.

If the order is dispatched, you still have 30 days to return and receive a full refund. Follow the above returns procedure for item returns and refund issuance.
