Warranty Information
Please note that the various components of vapes at Vape Globe are subject to differing warranty periods due to their consumable nature, including batteries, clearomizers, and disposable kits.
Vape Kits Warranty
Vape kits come with a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear. Any damage to the kit voids the warranty. For warranty issues, please contact us and you may need to return the kit in its original packaging for evaluation.
Battery Warranty
External batteries have a 60-day warranty from receipt. This warranty does not cover misuse, mishandling, or general wear and tear. Contact us with details of the fault for assessment; if it's a manufacturer's fault, we will replace the battery. The battery may need to be returned for evaluation.
Battery Chargers Warranty
All battery chargers are covered by a 12-month warranty from purchase. The warranty is void in cases of user error or mishandling. Contact us to report issues; returning the charger for assessment may be necessary.
Pre-filled Pods / Disposable Vapes
These items, sold in sealed packs, are not under warranty except for manufacturing faults. Report any faulty items within 7 days of receipt. Shipping errors will be rectified with replacements. Missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For disposable vape claims, the batch number from the box is required. We may need additional video or photo evidence. Disposed or discarded items cannot be replaced or refunded.
Making a Claim
To claim a faulty product, contact our customer support team via our contact page. Provide a detailed description of the fault, order number/proof of purchase, and product batch/serial number. Return the faulty product for investigation. If found faulty, we will replace or refund the item. If not, it will be returned to you with a delivery charge.
